AWE members Heather Dougherty, Patricia Stefanowicz MW and Gilbert Winfield are now Accredited Rhône wine tutors. Having spent four days in the region visiting producers and attending classroom lectures, they then went on to pass a tasting and theory exam in order to gain their accreditation. InterRhône, the body which represents the wines of the Rhône Valley, organises and administers the programme.
