consumer groups. Corporate events are very much part of her domain.
She
particularly enjoys hosting wine weekends and with her lively, enthusiastic and
relaxed style ensures that these are both educational and fun.
With
a background in food and beverage education, and as an accredited WSET tutor,
she offers tailor-made training for hotel and restaurant staff at all levels.
She
has a passion for food and wine pairing and likes to incorporate where possible
such topics into her presentations.
Focusing
on Europe, Spain (including Sherry), Portugal, Alsace and sparkling wines are
amongst her favourite topics. |
