M y name is Maggy Smith
and I live in Edinburgh, Scotland and run the Edinburgh Wine School, an approved
programme provider for the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
I run a wine tasting
school during the Fringe called 'Wine in the City' and I also run Saturday Wine
School once a month. During the school term I teach wine appreciation for the
local authorities.
I am on the committee of
the Scottish Wine Society which meets up once a month in the City Centre. I
also run corporate events and WSET courses.
I speak Spanish and I am
a fully qualified official Sherry Educator. I am also a certified Spanish Wine
Educator. Wine is a passion and I absolutely love teaching people how to enjoy
and get more out of their bottle of wine. |
