Collett Lorraine
teaches basic and advanced exam based wine courses both for catering colleges
and hotel groups. She is chairman of a thriving wine society in Leeds, part of
the Yorkshire Guild of Sommeliers. Lorraine focuses her consumer presentations
on technique and particularly enjoys presenting unusual wines from lesser-known
areas.
