over twenty-five years experience Stephen is at the forefront of the UK’s Wine
and Food Writers firmament. A one-time award-winning restaurateur Stephen is
equally happy tutoring groups of individuals to a “theatre full” of
listeners and tasters.
His
wide and extensive repertoire incorporates major Supermarket tastings, in-store
and executive training, Wine and Food pairing workshops and Wine Weekends at
some of the UK’s loveliest locations.
He
is the co-creator of Channel 4’s Wine Hunt and became the programme's Wine
Consultant.
Stephen
is also the proprietor of www.wineholidays.net
a bespoke wine tour business encompassing wine locations in France, Spain and
Portugal.
Stephen’s extensive Wine, Food
and Travel experiences make him a much sought after Wine Entertainer on the UK
