Being passionate about wine led me to decide to engender the same enthusiasm in others, a relaxed and informal style of presentation ensures full engagement of all participants and all levels of knowledge can be catered for.
My knowledge, expertise and experience have been gained over many years in the Hospitality industry including ships (notably Cunard), airlines, hotels, City of London banqueting and restaurant, buying wine for laying down, my own Michelin rated restaurant and wine bar for fifteen years and latterly ten years running wine tours, wine workshops, quizzes and bespoke wine events for the UK’s largest vineyard.
My own taste in wine is universal and I enjoy exploring old and new regions and labels and bringing these to the attention of my public.
My aim is always to guide people to the core of what they are tasting to enhance their appreciation and better equip them to steer a course through the myriad choices available to them and to “INFORM, INSPIRE and ENTERTAIN”.
