Sue Crabtree

Once Upon A Vine  

Sue at Once upon a Vine loves sharing her passion for wines and knowledge gained from her extensive travels meeting winemakers and visiting vineyards in Europe, California, Australia, South Africa and South America.

She has presented many tastings and arranged events for corporate groups nation-wide, for wine societies, consumers at the BBC Good Food Show, Spirit of Christmas and on Sky TV.

Since 1998 she has been a judge for the International Wine & Spirit Competition and International Wine Challenge and more recently has run wine courses on
Skyros, Greece and lectured on a cruise ship.

Articles have been written for Caterer & Hotelkeeper, Flavour, Folio, Venue, World Travel & Cuisine magazines and a particularly interesting and challenging project was writing the wine entries in
Larousse Gastronomique.

A WSET approved lecturer, Sue tutors WSET Intermediate and Advanced Courses and lectures on the Diploma
course. In-house wine training for the wine trade and hospitality staff is a speciality.
