Today the AWE announces the launch of the 100 AWEsome Wines initiative – available in a handy A5 booklet and soon online on the AWE website. The aim is to help consumers get better value from the money they spend on wine.  100 wines have been personally selected by a number of AWE members and have been chosen based on two criteria – quality and value.

Wine lovers can look up red or white wines in the price bracket they are interested in “under £10” and “between £10 and £25” or sparkling wines “under £25”. A useful tasting note plus a stockist for the wine is also provided. Encompassing wines from 15 countries, from around 35 different grape varieties and available though a wide range of supermarkets, independent and online wine merchants.
